Lembeh 2009: Cuttlefish and squid

It must have been squid mating and nesting season at Lembeh in April as we saw schools of large calamari squid and bunches of squid eggs. Cuttlefish were also commonly encountered though they were usually well camouflaged and hidden on the seabed or reef, unlike the playful squid.
